Nauti Otter Policies


Please, review our policies prior to making a reservation with us. 

THE NAUTI OTTER INN, CABINS AND HOSTEL POLICIES

Cancellation Policy
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. There will be a $10 cancellation fee deducted from your refund.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice or shorten your stay, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation and no refund will be available.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Deposit
When you book your reservation, your credit card will be charged the entire amount of your reservation.


Inn Check In
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM The front door of the inn will be open. Normally an employee will be present to greet you, if not, there will be a note on the front door with check-in instructions. If you are arriving late, no worries a note will be left on the door for you with check-in instructions.

Yurt Village Check In
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM This is a self-check-in procedure but if we are on site we will come out and greet you. You will see a check in board at the pavilion with your name listed next to your yurt. Your key will be in the door.

Check Out
Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Smoking Policy
Smoking inside any Nauti Otter structure is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors.

Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee charged to the card on file. By booking with the Nauti Otter you expressly agree to follow this policy and understand that you may be subject to the cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is documented by the Nauti Otter staff.

Pets may be allowed but only with permission prior to check-in and are only allowed in the cabins, campers and yurts. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee and pet procedures you will need to follow to ensure an additional charge of $50 will not be added. These procedures include: using a lint roller to collect all hair, picking up dog feces, cannot leave pet unattended in accommodations.

If pets make excessive noise or are aggressive to other guests, you may be asked to leave with no refund.

Children Policy
The walls are very thin inside the Inn, so we request if you are traveling with a child to book the cabins, yurts or campers instead of the rooms within the Inn.

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets may be allowed but only with permission prior to check-in and are only allowed in the cabins, campers and yurts.
