They serve up authentic Texas BBQ that is delicious! A very casual atmosphere where you eat outside under their heated pavilion. Sometimes they have grilled crab on the bbq which is quite a treat!

The Breeze Inn

A local favorite! One of the more inexpensive options in Seward. Our favorite dishes are the French onion soup, the Reuben sandwich and the tasty burgers. The fish and chips are one of our favorites in town. Be sure to eat on the saloon side so you can interact with local fishermen and other travelers. They have a pool table, a juke box and their view from the bar is one of the best in town.

The Cookery

The Cookery showcases Alaska's bounty: fresh oysters delivered daily, locally farmed meats, produce sourced from the Kenai Peninsula, foraged finds, and fresh fish paired with wines from all over the world, and locals' favorite beers . Don't forget to order the ice cream!

The Porthole

Located in the harbor parking The Porthole offers delicious breakfast items, boxed lunches, and gourmet mac-n-cheese! Perfect for that early morning fishing trip.

Zudy's Cafe

Unique sandwiches, soups and salads. Try the Xtra Tuff! They have the best desserts and the view is unbeatable!

Ray's on the Waterfront

Best view in town! This is located right on the bay and has an awesome view of the harbor. You can often see sea otters swimming by as you eat. They have excellent seared tuna, along with a nice bar area. Ray’s is one of the more upscale places to eat in Seward, but again, it is Alaska and anything you wear is acceptable. The food here is excellent.

Red's Burgers

Red’s Burger Bus is a great place for unique, hand-crafted burgers. You can try various kinds of Alaskan game meat in your burgers like caribou, buffalo, elk, and venison. They have a variety of specialty fries such as “Cajun” and “garlic”. You can eat inside the “school bus” or at picnic tables. Top your meal off with a milkshake!

The HIghliner

If you are looking to get full then this is the place! Don't miss our favorite nachos with brisket or the cauliflower elotes!

Woody's Thai

Woody’s Thai Kitchen, named after Seward’s beloved and iconic sea lion, is just a short 5-10 minute walk south of the Seward Boat Harbor. They serve authentic, Bangkok-style Thai curries, soups, noodles and rice dishes along with specialties that infuse Alaskan-Pacific Northwest and Pacific Rim ingredients with traditional Thai family recipes.
